We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at Sage Buyers. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Sage Buyers, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with this policy. If there’s something wrong with the product you bought or not happy with, you have 30 days to issue a refund and return your product. If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the following guidelines:

  1. Valid Warranty on Purchases: All new and used devices or items sold by Sage Buyers have a limited warranty period of 6 months – for used devices and 12 months – for new devices. The specific terms relating to your purchase shall be clearly stated on your computer-generated receipt – which shall be emailed to the contact provided at the time of sale.
    1. Pre-Purchase Inspection: We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Sage Buyers is not liable for damages caused to the items during transit or transportation.
    1. When to return a product: We at Sage Buyers ourselves are committed to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may quickly return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase, by shipping it back or in person. Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused and mailed back to the original order’s shipping address – where appropriate.
    1. Eligibility for refunds: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Returned items must therefore be unused-with all original tags attached. You are strongly advised not to re remove any protective equipment attached to your device(s).
    1. Eligibility for replacements: To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
    1. How to return: You can return the product within the time stipulated in 1.2 above, either by shipping or in person. You are required to provide an original receipt – clearly stating the purchase date, order number, product serial number and relevant warranty conditions.

Required Documentation: Please attach the original, computer-generated receipt and the reason for the return or request for replacements. Communication back to you on the refund status shall be made through those contact details, mainly by email.

  1. Reviewing requests for returns and replacements: After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it, assess eligibility for refund or replacement within 48 hours – at most, and process your refund/replacement if qualified. You will get communication from Sage Buyers through our official communication channels for these purposes – either via email or direct phone calls.
  1. Processing of return requests: We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it, and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund or replacement of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your payment.
  1. Rejection of requests for refund or replacement: If your request is declined, Sage Buyers shall provide you with specific reasons for its decisions. You will be served professionally at this stage and will be provided with alternative solutions to resolve your issue amicably. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.
  1. Upgrades and repairs: Items returned for an upgrade, such as software, are not subject to a refund. New payments shall be made for such upgrade – according to our terms of service. In case of return of items for repairs and replacements, you will be required to sign an authorisation form offering consent that you are okay with any likely loss of data stored on the item being repaired or replaced.
  1. Future changes to our return policy: Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our service and guidelines. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted on our website.
